Bill Payment

Note:  The billing period is from the 15th of each month to the 15th of the following month.  All bills are due on the 10th of each month.

Forney Lake Water Supply offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Pay Online

Pay your bill online using your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Electronic Check by clicking on "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Your Forney Lake Water Supply account number is required, and there will be a minimal transaction fee charged for providing this convenience.

NOTE: Payments made after 3:00 pm will be posted to the account the following business day.

The preferred and most convenient payment method is to set up your secure online payment account and use the auto-pay option. With this method you have access to all bill and payment history as well as the ability to manage your credit card information. A one-time online payment option is also available.

You may continue to pay your bill by check if you so desire.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five business days before the due date specified on your bill to:

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, please contact our office for assistance.

We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
